Please note that by making a reservation over the phone or at the office, you authorize Jardine Municipal Park to charge the deposit to the given credit card.

Reservation policy

  1. A reservation does not guarantee a specific camping site.
  2.  A non-refundable booking fee of $5.00 will be charged for each booking made.
  3.  Minimum of two (2) nights will be charged for each booking made.
  4.  If notice of cancellation is given 48 hours (2 days) before your arrival date, the two (2) nights will be reimbursed.

Note: for customers who want to book one (1) night only - two (2) nights will be charged for booking, but the customer will be reimbursed for one (1) night as soon as theyarrives.

Booking procedure

  1. Reservations can be made by calling (506) 523-7874
  2. Payment methods accepted:
    1. For reservation: Visa, MasterCard
    2. At the park: Interac, Visa, MasterCard and cash. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
    3. Guarantees by credit card will be processed at the time of booking.
  3.  Refunds can only be applied to the original credit card used to make the booking
  4. Reservations will be kept up to 12 p.m. (Atlantic standard time) the day following the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be invoiced for the total amount of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Non-refundable cancellation fee of $5.00 will be charged for every cancellation made.
  2. A reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before (two days) before the date of arrival. The two (2) nights will be reimbursed, except reservation fees of $5.00 and $5.00 for cancellation, for a total of $ 10.00.
  3.  If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours (two days) before the date of arrival, the day after the scheduled arrival, the customer will be charged the full camping fees.
  4. If no cancellation notice was received after 12 p.m. (Atlantic standard time) the day following the scheduled arrival date, the customer is considered no show. The booking will be automatically cancelled.
  5. Questions relating to defaulting clients and fees must be submitted to Park management.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  1. Check in time is from 3 p.m. daily.
  2. Time of departure is every day from 11 a.m.
  3. Accepted forms of payment for the unpaid balance:
    1. Interac, Visa, MasterCard and cash. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
