Société culturelle Kent-Nord (SCKN)
The SCKN started in 1977 as an organization whose mandate it is to disseminate Acadian cultural events through dance, theatre, music, visual arts, fine crafts and literature. Also, the SCKN often works in partnership with Kent-North municipalities, in order to develop and produce community cultural projects.
Over the past year, the SCKN has, among other projects, collaborated in the development of the Richibucto Interpretation Centre, as a member of its Steering Committee. It is also working on a play with the Village of St-Louis.
