Industrial Park

Over and above the health, legal and financial services being offered, the municipality has an industrial park that centers on manufacturing, having as one of its pillars such leaders as The Imperial Manufacturing Group, Atlas Structural Systems and Global Windows.

The Richibucto-Rexton Industrial Park straddles the border between the Town of Richibucto and the Village of Rexton. It is located adjacent to Exit 57 off Highway 11. The park is bound to the east by Highway 11 and to the south by Main Street (Route 134). To the north and west are large, undeveloped tracts of land, ideal for future.

The site of the Richibucto-Rexton Industrial Park is flat, with virtually no slope in any direction. The site lies on the estuary of the Richibucto River, which empties into Northumberland Strait. However, the site is well above sea level and thus not subject to flooding.
